As a mother of five, I know the weight of wanting to provide, protect, and create meaningful memories for your family. For years, I believed the best way to do that was through a stable, high-paying career in healthcare. I became both a Physical Therapist and a Nurse, convinced that this path would bring the security and fulfillment my family needed.

But the reality was different.

My husband and I worked double shifts—nights, weekends, and holidays. There were days when the only time we saw each other was a quick high-five at the door as we switched shifts, one leaving for work while the other stepped in to take care of the kids.

We were working harder than ever, yet we were always exhausted, stressed, and missing the moments that mattered most.

Eventually, I realized something profound:
The very time I was spending trying to earn money was taking me away from the people I loved the most.

During that season of reflection, I turned to God’s Word and found peace and clarity. Ecclesiastes 3:1 reminds us, “There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens.” I realized that the time I had with my family was a gift — a season I couldn’t afford to miss.

In 2011, I discovered the financial services industry through Greatway and began building it part-time while still working in healthcare. I held on to a bigger vision: a life where I could provide for my family without sacrificing time with them.

At 35, I made a bold decision. I retired from nursing and committed fully to building a new path — not just for myself, but for the families I could serve and inspire.

Today, my income is five times what I earned in nursing. But the real blessing is that I was able to retire my husband at 39. Together, we now enjoy the freedom to travel, spend meaningful time with our children, and help others pursue the same kind of life.

Proverbs 16:3 says, “Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and He will establish your plans.” That promise has guided every step of our journey.

Today, we live with purpose — creating abundance, building a legacy, and cherishing the moments that once felt impossible to hold on to.
